Ten campuses working together as one to advance knowledge in biomedical engineering by collaborating in research, education, and industrial liaison.  In research, we will synergize the strengths of the campuses so that the total is much greater than the sum of the individuals.  In education, we will work together to provide our students with the best possible interdisciplinary training that enables successful careers in the biomedical industries and professions. In industrial liaison, we will work with industrial partners in the State of California and elsewhere to foster academia-industry collaboration in research and education.
